Originally, the van came out of the factory as a Westfalia, with a Martin Walter roof (commonly referred to as a Dormobile roof), It features the desirable four-window elevating roof – a less common configuration than the usual two-window setup, and much sought after for both its aesthetics and functionality.
The current owner imported the vehicle from Oregon. into the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to own a rare and well-equipped example of this iconic vehicle.
She runs a reliable 1600cc engine (Displaying 73, 904 miles, non-verified) and comes with documented service history and invoices from respected specialists including Kombi Klassics and VW Evolution.
Much of the wooden camper interior – from cabinetry to fit-out – was carried out by VW Evolution and includes a Tasman dual hob cooker, Dometic fridge, and cream vinyl upholstery throughout with matching door cards. The rear features a full-width rock ’n’ roll bed and seat belts for added practicality.
