1973/ L MG Midget MkIII 1275cc in Teal Blue with very rare Ochre interior.
Very original car that’s believed never to have been welded.
A careful and sympathetic restoration in 2006 included a major mechanical overhaul including engine fully rebuilt and upgraded.
Bored out to 1312cc new pistons, new Kent 276 cam shaft. Lightened and balanced flywheel. Valve seats replaced. Stage 2 cylinder head. Goes extremely well!
Long centre branch exhaust manifold and big bore exhaust. k and N air filters.
Koni adjustable shock absorbers at rear.
Body was repainted in Cellulose paint in 2008 and is still very good with only the odd minor imperfection. Original Rostyle wheels were shot blasted and powder coated.
Displayed at the NEC Classic car show in 2012.
Regular maintenance and supplied to the last owner of nine years.
Recently had a new hood fitted.
Comes with indoor car cover and trickle charger and Heritage certificate.
