A delightful example of the ever popular Morris 8 Series One Tourer.
Purchased from the dispersal of a private collection, this four seater version was the subject of an extensive restoration and has been used sparingly since.
Beautifully finished in blue over black the Morris has been treated to a new leather interior with matching blue carpets and double duck hood. A full set of sidescreens is also present and the chromework is in excellent order.
Under the bonnet everything is well presented and the car has been rewired using a proper cotton covered loom.
A new 6 volt battery is fitted and the engine starts readily. On the road the car performs as it should and the brakes pull up square.
The only fault I can find is some spidering in the paintwork along the centre line of the bonnet adjacent to the hinge.
Overall this is as good an example as you are likely to find and is ready to be enjoyed this summer.
As ever I will happily take something interesting in part exchange.
