The Riley RME was, in essence, a direct evolution from the RMA executive saloon. Long wheelbase, top-notch executive comfort and rather handsome styling, these gleefully old-fashioned cars maintain a handsome level of pre-war styling with post-war engineering, and the cars quickly gained a strong reputation for elegance and engaging road manners.
This 1953 example comes to market with an extensive history file. The vendor describes the interior as being in fantastic condition, whilst we're informed that all features remain functional save for the clock!
