The Appeal
Introduced in 1969 as the successor to the TR5, the Triumph TR6 brought sharper, more modern styling to the marque’s traditional six-cylinder roadster formula. Its Karmann-reworked bodywork gave the car a tougher, more squared-off appearance, while the separate chassis, independent rear suspension and muscular straight-six engine retained the familiar character that had made the TR line so popular.
