The Ford Fiesta ST was a firm favourite for anyone looking for sparkling hot hatch performance and trademark fast Ford handling. And for anyone looking for more power and acceleration, Ford tuning specialists Mountune were happy to oblige. The M230 upgrade took the performance of the 1.6-litre turbocharged Ecoboost engine to 227bhp, enabling 0-60mph acceleration is less than six seconds.
 
The Molten Orange metallic example of the ST-2 has been owned by the seller since 2023. Subtle exterior upgrades include a composite front splitter in black with yellow trim, ‘Ford Performance’ windscreen strip and removable Fiesta decals on the vehicle sides, and front window wind deflectors. The car features the standard 17-inch ST grey alloy wheels with 205/40 Uniroyal tyres, which the seller states have done less than 1,000 miles. The seller reports some stone chips on the front valance and splitter.
 
Inside, the car is largely standard, with black-and-red ‘ST’ seats (Recaro sports seats in the front) and a matching steering wheel. The only changes are the addition of a quick shift for the gear lever and a ‘Mountune’ sticker ahead of the gear lever. The interior has reportedly been valeted recently.
 
The car has been fitted with Pumaspeed adjustable coil-over suspension, ventilated disc brakes with performance pads, and Iridium HP spark plugs. The cooling and fuel system are reportedly ZX1 friction lube treated, and the seller states that the car has been serviced and maintained every year, and kept in a garage during their ownership. Recent work includes the replacement of rear subframe bushes, timing belt and water pump. A Scorpion Tracker and Meta immobiliser were installed, with the tracker subscription currently valid until June 2027. Touch-up paint is also included.
 
The seller reports the car as being “very smooth to drive”, that it “corners and accelerates like a Ford hot hatch should, and that they are reluctantly selling due to a lack of time to enjoy driving.
