The Appeal
The mid-size Mercedes-Benz 124 series was manufactured from 1984 to 1997, including a facelift in 1993. The earlier pre facelift cars are thought to have had better rust-proofing and thicker paint than the later cars and have lasted better. This is an extraordinarily well preserved example that has covered a good number of miles, but you’d never guess without checking the odometer and paperwork. It remains in outstanding condition, particularly inside, where the blue velour interior fabric shows very little in the way of age or wear.
With a well earned reputation for reliability and longevity we think this rock solid 300TE is a fine example and will prove just as dependable for many years to come.
