A genuine 1969 Lambretta Innocenti GP 200cc in excellent condition with stunning paintwork.
The Scooter was first registered in Italy on January 1st 1969. It was brought over from Italy in August 2010. The owner then handed the Scooter over to P A Merchant at Solelyscooters in Rochdale. The owner wanted the Scooter to be fully restored to the standard 1969 spec with the addition of an hydraulic brake on the front and a 12v BGM electronic kit was fitted. The cost of this restoration etc was £7552. 00
The owner wanted the scooter as part of his classic car/ motorcycle collection, the scooter as only covered 500 miles since restoration. I bought the scooter in May 2017 with the intention of keeping it long term as an investment. But unfortunately things have changed in my personal life and now having to sell due to a genuine reason.
Since I purchased the Scooter I have had 2 x SIP tubeless alloy wheels fitted along with Heidinau K58 tyres. Wheels/ Tyres fitted by Chiselspeed Leeds. In addition, a rear backrest/ spare wheel carrier was fitted.
The Scooter is in excellent condition ( virtually a brand new state ) The scooter looks excellent on the photos and even better in the flesh. You will not be disappointed in this Scooter. It took me 2 years to find the right scooter and this was the one!
MOT certificate expires April 2019. All MOT certificates since 2010 are available.
Engine number and frame number matches Registration document and was registered with Lambretta Club Great Britain ( December 16th 2010 ) and of course no road fund tax required.
