Diamond Blue Metallic with Metropole Leather, Finding genuine low mileage classic Porsche of any type is difficult. This 3. 2 Classic Sport is from the "last of line" production in 1989, crossing over into the early 964 period, and is as genuine as you are likely to see offered. Supplied new by Porsche Centre, Exeter, in special order Diamond Blue Metallic, as per the Anniversary car, and has some desirable options including Electric Sunroof, Top Tint Screen and Electric 8 way adjustable seats. The 1989 run out models benefited from wider track Fuchs alloys to rear, Bilstein shock absorbers, front and rear spoilers and improved galvanization and rustproofing to the underside. This model also benefits from the later Getrag G50 5 speed gearbox. A low ownership example, complete with all tools, original books wallets and service book containing 25 entries, both factory keys, original Blaupunkt stereo still in place and being matching numbers makes this car a top pedigree air cooled 911 worthy of gracing any collection. All factory data plates and stickers in place, giving all the hallmarks of a car to keep. A major service and compression health check was carried out by Williams Crawford, Porsche Specialists in January 2017, and an excellent "bill of health" was granted. Covered minimal miles since. Proper examples are no longer cheap. Numbers produced worldwide in 1989 were low, especially in RHD. Restoration costs much exceed the buying price of a good 911 3. 2, so makes decision making that bit easier when a prime example such as this turns up ! May P/ X.
