For sale is this 1969 Jaguar E-type 4. 2 Series II 2+2 Auto in good condition for its age. It is coming to us having spent its life in California and Arizona.
The following information has been given to Roman Garages Canada by the vendor, and as yet we have not had the detail verified. We have confidence that the owner of the car has been accurate in all descriptions.
It is a Left Hand Drive car with matching numbers, has covered a genuine 59000 miles, and has been owned by the same family from new. The car runs, starts and stops exactly as it should, and is perfectly suited to being a daily driver. Prior to sale it will be serviced, and should it be sold in the UK the lights will be changed. The automatic box moves smoothly up and down the gears including kickdown.
At some point in the E-types history we have been told that the car was repainted, but it is otherwise original and unmolested. The paintwork remains is good condition and the car is described as rust-free. The floors and other sheet metal is still all original, and the body is straight and damage free.
We anticipate a lot of interest being generated by this E-type, and we welcome any arrangement to view.
