Jaguar XKR 4. 2 litre Supercharged engine only 42600 genuine miles from new. Bought from Jaguar main dealer with only 2500 miles in 2004. The car is a beautiful Quartz colour (metallic gun-metal grey). This could well be one of the best XKR’s in the Country in terms of condition and spec.
As well as all the standard XKR options, the car was fully equipped with many expensive additional options including Adaptive Cruise control (ACC), Reverse Park Control, Air Particle Filter, Aluminium instruments, Aluminium J Gate, Special Stainless steel tread plates, Aluminium trim, Fixed Cell Phone, Factory fitted Navigation and Sound System with Multi-CD changer, and Sports Interior & Sports Seats.
Tracker fitted by Jaguar and I bought a lifetime ownership subscription. Ive also just updated Tracker with latest version in 2020. I’ve kept all the original paperwork including Jaguar Service History, as well as all the repairs and MOT history, and original manuals. Major Service at 42205. Next MOT is Jan 2022. It had a new SF Steel Sump Service kit fitted in Sept 2015.
Kept as a second vehicle, it is garaged when not in use.
The bodywork was treated with Supergard by Jaguar, protecting the bodywork, and gives it a gleaming look which repels water, and minor scratches can be buffed out. Bodywork looks great, I’ve tried to keep it well maintained and clean since I bought it. Car has 18” Hydra Alloy wheels and Continental Sport Tyres with good treads.
In terms of performance it’s super quick, reliable and as far as I’m aware everything works! I will be sad to see it go, but I now need the garage space so it should go to another Jaguar XK enthusiast who will continue to value and look after this appreciating Classic.
