Hello and welcome to the sale of this mighty TVR Chimaera. This car has covered 47k miles and comes with a large file of invoices and receipts and supporting MOT history. This car has been treated to many expensive and worthwhile upgrades to set it up as an ideal fast road weapon or perhaps track day car should you wish. These upgrades come with invoices totalling over £5000, including Nitro shock absorbers, Hi-spec upgraded brakes, alloy radiator, silicon hose kit, high temp HT leads, 4x Toyo tyres and much more. The result is this car stops and handles very well compared to a standard car. The motor runs well, pulls strong and sounds awesome. The cream leather interior is in good order, as is the aluminium dashboard trim. The blue targe roof is also in good condition. Another highlight of the car is a very smart pair of custom made racing / bucket seats in matching cream leather, which are very supportive and comfortable. The chassis is in good solid order. The exterior has suffered no heavy damage, but has been subjected to some minor stone chips and marks over its 22 years. You could potentially respray parts the car if you were very fussy, but to be honest I like the 'patina' of the car, it is a car that has been set up to be driven and enjoyed and not a polished show queen, it's got nothing to hide and it has it's own merits in other areas. It would be easy for me to tidy the paintwork at further cost but to be honest I feel that would unnecessarily inflate the price and at £9000 it is the cheapest one on the market and someone can grab a bargain!
