Description
This fantastic little Isetta was first registered on the plate 855 AON on the 11th Feb 1960 to Smiths Garage in Bournville and then sold to its first owner on the 24th of Feb, a Mr Rickman of Solihull. It passed through several owners until 1969 when it looks to have been taken off the road. It resurfaces in January 1981 when it is purchased for £100 by a gentleman from Warwick. There is much paperwork from this time with invoices for restoration work undertaken and letters between DVLA and the owner attempting to register the car on its original plate. For whatever reason this waws not available so the car was assigned its current plate. This owner kept the car until 2008 when it was sold to a lady from Cheshire. In her ownership the car was fully restored and had pride of place in her garage until earlier this year.
This car now represents a great opportunity to acquire a collectable little car. It runs and drives very well, the photos were taken today 30/ 10/ 2018.
