Originally built 25-26th March 1963, this Austin Healey 3000 MKIIA (BJ7) represents one of the most desirable Healey models, finished in its attractive and original colour scheme of Colorado Red on Black interior trim. From the factory the car was optioned with: wire wheels, overdrive, heater, adjustable steering column, laminated windscreen and roadstead tyres.
The car has been fully restored by Austin Healey specialists JME from the ground up and features very nice body fit and tight panel gaps across the car with the engine, gearbox and overdrive each fully rebuilt at the same time. The car has covered 19, 000 miles since and remains highly presentable.
Photographic and paper documentation of restoration detailing all stages of paint preparation, engine build plus considerable metalwork and repair are provided in a comprehensive history file with the car as well as regular service paperwork.
