Exterior Features
The exterior of this Morris Minor 1000 is in great condition. The wooden trim around the rear of the vehicle is very bright and clean and has been kept remarkably well over the past 49 years.
Wheels & Tyres
The Minor has the original wheels with chrome centre caps and cream surround. The four tyres are all in brilliant condition.
Interior Components
The Traveller has black leather seats and door cards and a black interior carpet. The dashboard is finished in the same colour as the exterior and all of the controls and functions are fully working within the vehicle. There are no rips or tears in the original upholstery of the vehicle.
Mechanics
The 4-speed gear transmission works as it should and the Minor drives very well. The vehicle will be undergoing our in-house full inspection and have a full service prior to sale. It has a current MOT until November and is also eligible for MOT and tax exemption due to the age of the vehicle?.
Service & Maintenance
There are many MOT certificates present with the vehicle and there are very minimal advisory items listed on the certificates, displaying the great condition and care that has been taken to preserve the Morris Minor.
Drive & Comfort
The Morris Minor Traveller is an iconic vehicle that many have come to know and love over the decades they have been on the road. This example is a very low-mileage with just 3 previous owners. The vehicle was involved in a very minor accident in 2009 causing some damage to the front passenger wing and this was professionally repaired.
