Exceptionally smart R65 LS
Largely overlooked for many years, the BMW R65 is now firmly established as a very capable boxer. The LS was designed by the legendary Hans Muth, and as well as the special bodywork, it also sported many unique features, such as wheels, brakes, etc. Producing around 50 bhp, (virtually the same as the much larger, heavier R80) and in a smaller lighter package, the R65 LS is a very capable and collectible boxer.
This particular example has been very well maintained over its 30+ years, and the history folder carries literally thousands of pounds worth of receipts, from both BMW and recognised specialists such as scriminger Engineering.
Extras include a full Keihan stainless exhaust system, and factory luggage.
