This Austin Healey 3000 MkIII is a desirable late Phase II model first built 13th July 1965 finished in the same colour combination it was presented in from the factory of Black with Red optional hide interior with a black roof. A UK home market car, the car was delivered new to Caernarvonshire, Wales on the same registration ‘BJC 271C’ that the car retains today.
Never restored but continually preserved and improved this car presents very nicely with an excellent aesthetic, de-bumpered with twin spotlamps and wider 185 section tyres for increased grip and safety. This Healey is highly specified with overdrive, an adjustable steering column, heater, leather seats and more. The car has complete BJ8 model wet weather gear with a good condition Everflex roof plus a mohair hood bag in black.
The history of BJC 217C is excellent with invoices dating back to brand new with the car having been known to us for nearly two decades. The car retains its original engine numbers.
