Beschreibung
For sale is my fantastic condition Peugeot 205 Rallye. This is an original car of 250 Yellow cars originally sold in the UK, and 1 of 38 currently registered on the road. It does have uprated Koni suspension and a new standard replacement exhaust, which after 24 years is understandable, in this time it has covered 74567 miles.
There are none of the usual rust spots or cracking on the body work, and the underneath is solid and rust free. The paintwork hasn’t dulled, and generally is in very good condition. The interior is clean and all original, even the tape player is in working condition. There is one small burn mark behind the passenger dash pad that can’t been seen without looking for it. The usually ripped or replaced Rallye seats with the embroidered Peugeot Talbot Sport ‘Flash’ are still present, and in fantastic condition. The sunroof functions correctly and is leak free.
The car has recently had a full major service consisting of the headgasket, timing belt, tensioner, water pump, alternator belt, cam seal, spark plugs, ignition leads engine oil & filter and also new gearbox oil, the coolant system also flushed clean and is running as good as new. Has just passed its MOT with no advisories.
It has had 6 owners since it’s registration in February 1993, I have been the owner since April 2017, covering around 300 miles.
This is a genuine honest example of a very rare car and great fun to drive. The suspension tight, the brakes responsive and the gear change crisp. A worthy investment as a future and current classic that you can jump in and enjoy anytime.
Will come with seat covers, indoor car cover and 205 Haynes Manual.
Viewings welcomed.
