It was originally supplied new by Stratstone Jaguar to a Marketing Director of a large company. I purchased the car in January 2012 and have enjoyed over 38, 000 trouble free miles over the last 7. 5 years. As a retired certified accountant, I have driven the car very carefully and have maintained it exclusively within the Jaguar main dealer network. Consequently, it drives exactly the same as when it left the factory.
I have been extremely pleased with this car and am only selling in order to upgrade to the new shape XF. If I don't sell this one though, I am very happy to keep it for a few more years so please note that insulting offers won't be replied to. The provenance of this XF is second to none and it is usually cheaper in the long run to buy the very best maintained example available. This outlook has always served me well - low mileage main dealer maintained cars are as reliable as new ones, the only major difference being the purchase price! This car originally cost over £37, 000 when new. Higher mileage examples with many owners and skipped services maybe cheaper to buy but they are likely to need costly work in the future and their eventual resale value will be much lower. Buying the best usually ends up the most cost effective option and you have the added benefit of owning a car to be proud of.

As you can see from the photos, the car looks absolutely stunning. The bodywork is in superb condition and is as close to immaculate as you can realistically expect for a 2009 model year vehicle.
The interior is again extremely impressive. The 'feel good' factor from behind the wheel is immense! All of the interior controls and switchgear are as new. The air conditioning is absolutely ICE COLD - even on the lowest speed setting it rapidly becomes extremely ice cold. The heater also gets extremely hot very quickly. The carpets have all been protected by tailor made overmats from new.
As you would expect from such a well maintained full Jaguar service history car, it drives exactly the same as when it left the factory. Extremely smooth and powerful to drive, it makes long trips an absolute pleasure. Effortless performance is available at all speeds and the handling and ride is class leading.
To compare the car to a brand new one, there is a feint hair's breadth scratch on the bonnet and a barely detectable tiny mark on the rear bumper. Otherwise, the bodywork of the car is practically the same as when brand new. I think it would be nigh on impossible to find another 2009 model XF in this condition.
The car comes with its full V5 Registration Document showing only one previous owner from new, I have owned the car since February 2012.
