For sale is my rare Austin Minor Pickup in excellent road worthy condition, with a solid body and sound chassis. It currently has an MOT until May 2020. I purchased this vehicle in 2014. Possible house move forces sale.
Since I have owned this vehicle it has had the following work carried out;
Completely refurbished gearbox and new clutch fitted. Brake servo fitted. All copper brake pipes renewed. New brake Master Cylinder. New Brake slave cylinders all round. New brake drums all round. Original 4. 5J wheels professionally refurbished and banded to 5. 5J and powder coated. New paint. Seats fully reupholstered, heater refurbished, new shelf and crash bar. New glovebox pockets fitted.
It has had a complete top end engine rebuild, including replacement lead free head, (original head included in sale) new springs and rockers. New SU carburettor, new coil, new distributor, new fuel pump. Stainless steel exhaust.
I have also replaced the load area ply board. It has a new load area Tonneau cover, and the rear axle casing and fittings have been replaced. During this process, the differential and half shafts were thoroughly inspected For wear, before rebuild.
