You may be looking at this handsome T350 and thinking that's not Chameleon Green and you would be correct. Its Imperial Green.
However the reason for calling this the "Chameleon Project" is this car has been stored off the road since 2011 in not ideal conditions. Having lived under a cover the bodywork has suffered with osmosis which has caused microblistering all over the paintwork and the bodywork now resembles that of a chameleon.
Its also been damp inside and some of the electrics are being temperamental (heater, o/ s window). We have replaced the fusebox, carried out a 12K service and bought the car up to a roadworthy condition, we do however not have the time this year to prepare this car to the usual Str8Six standard so we are offering it as a "Trade Sale" with no warranty.
With only 15732 miles from new this car will surely make a good investment at this price and when finished it should command a much higher figure. It will come with 12 mths MOT but we recommend having the car inspected by your preferred TVR specialist and a plan formed to bring this car back to usable and reliable condition.
There is also an intermittent ticking noise from the engine which appears to be catalyst material in the combustion chamber (not guaranteed). At the moment it is not having any affect on how the car drives. The valve clearances have been adjusted and the camshafts and followers were in good condition (pics available). This noise can be rectified before collection at further cost of £2500. 00.
The car also benefits from having an alloy radiator and Gaz suspension and is HPI clear.
