Beschreibung
We are delighted to offer this charming 1932 Morris Minor Saloon.
An older restoration that still presents well, the Minor has been well maintained and is a pleasure to drive.
She starts readily and once warmed up goes very well. The three speed crash gearbox is pleasant to use and the cable brakes pull the car up square.
The interior has been re-trimmed in green vinyl but to a high standard. The headlining and carpets are in very good order while the picnic table and privacy curtains provide an idiosyncratic touch. There is also a blind operating on the rear window.
The brightwork is generally in very good condition.
The lights have been upgraded with LED bulbs which are nice and bright. The 6 volt battery is protected by an isolator under the passenger seat.
Under the bonnet all is clean and tidy. We are advised that essential fluids have very recently been changed.
Accompanying the car is a file containing handbooks and a workshop manual, old MoT certificates and an interesting log of events enjoyed by the previous owner with the car.
It is obvious to draw a comparison with the contemporary Austin Seven but we feel the Minor offers so much more for less money, having a full length chassis and better brakes.
The Minor enjoys good spares back up and enthusiastic club support from the Morris Register.
A delightful introduction to vintage motoring and priced to sell.
