Description
A very nice 3. 8-litre six-cylinder S-type Jaguar I bought as I wanted a Morse car but just haven’t used it. Since I bought it in 2014, I have had it re-sprayed and had the headlining replaced, as well as the woodwork polished and revived.
It is in very nice condition mechanically and cosmetically with no rust. It starts and runs with no problems and has overdrive on third and fourth.
It comes with a huge raft of paperwork, including the original handbook and service recommendations and lubricant chat. It also comes with the original bespoke Jaguar folder containing a huge array of service records, including the receipt for its first service in early 1968 and subsequent work up to and including while I have owned it.
The bodywork is excellent; the brightwork is bright but could probably do with a buff and the underside is solid. The interior is clean and undamaged and the car is ready to run.
