Rolling shell to race in SRCC historic S2000 championship
Fully restored by Tony Hatcher AV Preparations. Owned since 2010.
One of only 2 factory G22 cars made by Ginetta cars in the 1978-79 but never taken to production.

Sale by private collector. Very rare. Raced once in series at Formula Ford Festival Brands Hatch 2012. Very quick car.
This car is eligible for several European Historic Series in S2000 classes. Hill climb or Clubmans . The G29 raced by Ginetta in 1986 was basically a G22 but with a Mazda 2. 4 engine for entry in Thundersports series. All body moulds are available to create light weight body work.
The G22 would also run well in hill climbs using a motorcycle engine and sequential gearbox.
This car is now for sale WITHOUT engine and gearbox and the price has been reduced accordingly to £19, 950.
