1972 CITROEN DS 21 D SUPER
Arguably one of the prettiest cars ever made, this stunning DS has just arrived in stock with us over the weekend. This particular example has been in the hands of just 4 UK owners, all of them DS enthusiasts. It comes complete with a huge folder full of service history documenting regular maintenance by Classic Citroen specialists. There is way to mush to list here but I am happy to discuss the history with any potential buyers in greater detail.
These vehicles can be known to rust quite badly as I am sure most of you are aware, there is a number of photographs of a major body restoration the car has received in the past and has also had both full sills replaced.
All the interior fabric as well as the carpets have been recovered in the past and present exceptionally well.
The car drives very well indeed and the hydraulics have been maintained very well so everything works exactly as it should. A test drive over a ten mile period showed nothing untoward other than a nearside rear lamp unit that needs replacing which the previous owner supplied.
On the body it is an extremely presentable car overall that has an older repaint that has lasted well, there are odd imperfections in the paint here and there but nothing that detracts from the overall look. I have included a video with a full walk around description of the car.
