I am the 5th owner of this very straight discovery, as can been seen from the photos the bodywork is very straight with no dents, the chassis is very solid and has never been welded.
The engine is very strong as is the gearbox, in my 3 years of ownership I have replaced the rear window seals and rear splash panels with Steve Froggart strengthening kit, along with most of the exhaust including the cats. The LPG system works well via a manual switch, there are 3 tanks , two 36 litre underslung tanks and one 50 litre tank in the back, plus the full size petrol tank.
Inside the upholstery is very clean, however as with most of these Discoveries the headlining could do with replacing, there are one or 2 scabs on the lower doors.
Any inspection welcome and I am happy to answer any questions, it is currently on Sorn and the Mot runs until October.
