We are delighted to be able to present this very special 1983 Porsche 911 SC Convertible which has been truly cherished and is in wonderful condition. It is arguably one of the best of we have seen.
This amazing C16 (UK car) example was originally supplied new by Dingle Garage of Colwyn Bay in 1983.
We supplied this car in October 2020 and before sale we had a 12, 000 mile service including all valve clearances and spark plug replacement. 4 new Continental tyres were also fitted. Since then its previous keeper has spent over £3, 000 on further remedial work including new rear brake pads, headlight washer pump replacement, Driveshaft Washer replacement, Gearbox Mount washers and oil services which were carried out by the well established Porsche Specialist, Autofarm.
We will carry out an oil service on this 911 before it goes to its new home.
We originally bought the car from the previous owner who had owned it for 27 years and spared no expense in maintaining this machine mainly with Autofarm as well.
This car comes with a fantastic history file with lots of invoices for work carried out as well as numerous MOT certificates and registration documents. We also have a copy of the report from Porsche inspections who carried out an inspection at 80113 miles and the car has only been improved since then.
It looks glorious in Platinum with Brown leather and 'Cookie Cutter' alloy wheels, with the optional Passenger Wing Mirror factory fitted. The 3. 0 litre engine sounds great and as with all air-cooled Porsche it gives a thrilling and engaging driving experience.
