First registered 31. 01. 1990 from supplying Ford dealership Benz of Halesowen LTD to a local west midlands lady who has cherished this Escort from new til her sad passing in 2017 were then a change of ownership shows on the v5 to her son for probate, effectively 1 owner as her son never drove.
This isn't a car that has sat in a shed unused for years with perished parts, has been used as 'the wife's car' for the local shopping trips and has been garaged from new, a don't think you will find a better unrestored MK4 Escort in the country.
Finished in Strato metallic silver with contrasting shadow grey trim. Totally original, still wearing its dealer supplied number plates, even has its original set of GoodYear Grand Prix S70 tyres including the spare, yes i agree if you was buying this car to drive on a regular basis then the tyres should be changed, but were will you ever find a 31 year old Escort still wearing its original set of tyres? The tyres have no perishing as you would normally expect, but the offside rear has worn and has been an MOT advisory for a few years.
