1964 Rover P4 95 2. 6 Salon. Manual / Overdrive. Dual tone green with green leather upholstery. This lovely P4 has been with the last family for 5 years, during this time the car has been lovingly cared for and has had lots of expenditure. This is a late model with the final P4 leaving the production line in May 1964. The paintwork is very bright with a great lustre and the upholstery is in great condition with the front seats freshly re-trimmed. There are no signs of any rust and the chassis is very solid without any corrosion. Mechanically the car is very well sorted, it starts on the button and drives extremely well running on matching 185/ 15 Vredestein tyres. the 2. 6 engine is very smooth and when ticking over you’d be forgiven for thinking it had stopped as it is so quiet. The gearbox is very quiet and precise and with working overdrive. The original tool tray is still present and complete which is a rare sight. Although now mot and tax exempt the Rover has an mot through to March 2022 with no advisories.
