This one is, unusually these days, an original unrestored low mileage example that’s had one or two minor upgrades, but nothing that can’t be reversed if total originality is required.
All of the 385 UK – spec 50ths are fitted as standard with automatic transmission, anti-roll bars, air conditioning, factory Safari rollcage, cubbybox, rear bulkhead deletion, NAS rear step, full-length chrome sidesteps, and 16in pewter alloy wheels (shod in this case with a matching set of BFG tyres), all of which this retains.
It’s further fitted with black front A-bar (we have a chrome one if preferable) with a pair of auxiliary lights, LED headlights, KBX wing vents, rear mudflaps, and towpack.
Inside it’s fitted with a full set of splendid Melvill & Moon canvas seat covers over the original Rayleigh cloth seats, sports steering wheel (we have a genuine 50th wheel if preferable), aluminium fascia trims, and a decent Kenwood stereo with USB port, Bluetooth, and uprated speakers. . .
Odometer reading just 59000 miles supported by a really fat history file, including service stamps, old MOT’s back to 2001, and loads of bills. Head gaskets replaced by Land Rover in 2012 at 39181 miles, and professionally waxoyled in 2017
