Description
THIS is my 1970 Triumph Herald 13/ 60 factory built convertible with the correct cv chassis number. She underwent a full restoration sone time ago back in the mid-90s and there is a large photo file within the car's history to back this up. It would appear she has not enjoyed much in the way of regular use in recent years and was found stored in a garage in Northumberland. She drives well and looks the part. Being an older resto, she shows areas of paint imperfections although some time spent on said cosmetics with good old fashioned elbow grease or some machine polishing ought to improve matters. Her hood is serviceable even though there is damage to the front left hand corner of the frame. It still works.
All in all, a bargain priced factory built convertible and not a chop top! I am probably being a bit picky regarding her cosmetic areas to be fair. Looks to be good underneath. Priced accordingly and, in my view, an absolute bargain of a 4-seater drop head just in time for this great weather we are enjoying.
