Border Reivers are delighted to present this beautiful Lotus Cortina mk1 in rally ready condition. Wih just 2 previous owners from new in 1964, this on its own must be pretty special. Presented in fully restored condition with a large file of invoices to back it up. We are led to believe thats its been a rally/ race car most if not all of its life.
It has a fully welded in safety cage, aluminium bonnet, doors & boot lid, plexie glass side windows & rear screen, halda speed pilot, aluminium fuel tank, rally seats, race harnesses, spotlamps, special wiring loom for the accesories, sport steering wheel etc etc
Competition papers. Rebuild engine with dyne sheets. Priced under its 2019 Lotus owners club valuation. Impossible to replicate at our asking.
