Heard the stories of rough examples with electrical demons or rot boxes? Not this one. I've had the A/ C reconditioned and it blows out ice cold. The heated seats work as they should and all the windows go up and down without a fuss. It even has the upgraded xenons that work perfectly and haven't been effected by sun dye (they're almost like new).
Being a 19 year old car, you'll inevitably find the odd blemish here & there but it's certainly not bad, you'd have to be incredibly fussy!
The engine ticks over lovely and is even capable of producing well over 30mpg on a run which you shouldn't turn your nose up at! No lights on the dash.
The Mondeo comes with a good service history along with some receipts. There's even a purchase invoice from 2005 for well over £17, 000. If you're looking for an investment or a daily runner then look no further, this Mondeo is a more than capable machine!
What will you notice about this car? Well, it is sitting a little lower which I personally love. The car looks a little more aggressive and handles a treat whilst still being high enough to cruise over speed bumps.
The alloy wheels are FOX Racing ones. I was tempted to put originals back on but they are very common so If you wish to replace them, they aren't hard to find. Other than this, the car is a genuine unmolested example that is HPI clear (printout provided).
The MOT is clear with no advisories and expires late August 2022
Along the offside of the car, there seems to be a long scratch that has been painted over. It's barely noticable until you know it's there. Has a couple of scuffed alloy wheels and would you beleive.... the drivers seat looks as though it's been used!
