A striking and very well presented example of the early ‘purists’ Porsche 996, finished in iconic Guards Red with black leather interior and rare factory options including 030 sports suspension, limited-slip differential, 18? sport classic 2 piece wheels, hard back sports seats and full aero kit. A UK car, originally supplied by Dick Lovett in August 1998 and benefitting from full service history, with 18 stamps in the service book, all from main dealers or Porsche specialists. Last service on record was in June 2020 at 122, 357 Miles (only 2, 400 miles ago). Also of interest is an invoice for a new clutch in 2017. The engine is the 3. 4-litre flat-six, producing 296bhp, delivered to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transmission. The sport classic wheels are in great condition with matching Falken tyres on each corner, all with a generous amount of tread remaining. The car also features colour coded hard seat backs and centre console. The car performs very well, still feeling precise and direct on the road. These early examples of the 996 are rising in value currently and offer a great driving experience.
