It is with a heavy heart that I’m testing the waters and potentially selling one of the greatest cars in my collection. My impeccable Carbon Black E46 M3 is basically as-new as any car could be of its’ age. Complemented by a beautiful Imola Red leather interior and polished alloy wheels, she is my dream specification and has the rare, all-important six-speed Manual Getrag gearbox. She comes with a superb history 2 brand new O/ E keys, integrated battery conditioner and even a soft cotton car cover.
I took delivery of HJ52GGV at 49, 000 miles in superb original condition. I then set about carrying out preventative and detailing maintenance as follows:
Remove all wheels and clean complete underbody and suspension components. Apply stoneguard & Waxoyl to all floorpans, suspension and cavities. Refurbish brake callipers.
Carry out Rear Differential service with synthetic fluid and LSD Friction modifier as per BMW specifications.
Again as preventative maintenance, strip engine top-end, remove cylinder head and have Hack Engineering carry out full refurbishment with valves reground & new stem seals. Carry out full Vanos system upgrade with Besian systems components and upgraded Oil pump Disc. Reassemble with upgraded multi layer Head Gasket and full head-set. Carry out full engine service.
Remove all lights and body trims. Have complete paint detailing carried out, followed by two-stage polish and Ceramic coating. Fit O/ E double DIN ICE system to match interior with Bluetooth/ Satnav/ Telephone etc linked to factory Harmon Kardon HiFi unit.
