1964 Chevrolet Corvette C2 327 V8 Convertible 4-speed Manual. Finished in Riverside Red with Black seats and interior and White hood. Factory steel wheels with Corvette spinner covers and Cooper Cobra RWL tyres.
This original numbers-matching Corvette has had the benefit of a complete body-off restoration. This has included: new Leather seats and interior, new 3-point seat belts, all weather seals replaced, all new paintwork, Eckler Power Disc Brake conversion, 327 rebuild by Roger Klimcke Racing with aluminium heads and RPM Performer aluminium Inlet Manifold, new clutch-kit, Hurst-Shifter, radiator, water pump, new suspension and shocks, new tyres and dual exhaust system.
Only first imported into the UK in 2016 from a private French collection, the extensive restoration having been carried out during 2016/ 17. Comes with a photographic record of its restoration works along with a file full of invoices.
A truly exceptional example of the ever-gorgeous C2, without a doubt one of the best automotive designs to have come out of America.
