Description
Ford Cortina Mk1 1500GT Rolling Shell. This car is Left Hand Drive and spent its first few years abroad. It was imported to the UK in 1972 and was given an L reg plate. This was how DVLA used to do it back then rather than allocating an age related plate. Its been in storage for at least the last 15 years and is extremely solid.
Body - Genuine LHD Cortina GT shell with correct tramp bar brackets. Very solid underneath. no signs of any welding or nasty patches. Paintwork looks fairly tidy. Its obviously been redone at some stage and the car has never been finished. This would make an ideal donor shell / race car or simply finish it off. We have checked the Chassis Number which is consistent with a 2 door GT. All glass is with the car but one drop glass is not fitted. Comes with back lights , front lights and a used grille
Mechanics - Correct Gt rear axle. Comes with front suspension thats on it. No engine or gearbox with it. No fuel tank.
Interior - Has a good GT rear seat and quarter panel trims . No other interior with it.
Wheels - Whats on the car comes with it. Also there is an old set of 13" Compomotives
