Launched in 1993 Fords Probe was a joint venture between Mazda and Ford with the Probe sharing many components with its Mazda MX-6 stablemate, namely the chassis and drivetrain, along with many of the switchgear. The result is a well engineered fun to drive coupe with a silky smooth 2. 5 V6 engine coupled to a manual 5 speed gearbox.
We are pleased to offer this truly beautiful example for sale on behalf of its elderly owner who has owned the car for the last 5 years. Finished in Sea foam green with a grey leather interior. Originally supplied new by Caffyns Ford, Alton to its first owner on 27th June 1996 for £19, 895. 00 with original bill of sale present.. With 3 previous owners one of which prior to its current owner being a Royal Navy commander this example has clearly led a pampered life. Still wearing all its original dealer plates and dealer sticker in the rear window along with a genuine 60, 383 miles backed up by a comprehensive stamped service history and receipts, books, old MOT’s, spare keys etc and in superb condition throughout you will be hard pressed to find an example as nice as this anywhere!
