1964 Austin Mini 848 cc MK 1 Smooth Roof Traveller. This lovely early traveller is in classic Almond green with matching green interior. It was restored around 7 years ago and it still looks great today. The restoration was done to a high standard and it is very clean underneath with body coloured floors and power coated subframes. The woodwork was also new and beautifully fitted. The interior has also been restored with great care and it is nice to see it all complete. Restoring a Traveller is far more expensive and involved than a Mini saloon and the interior trim around the rear load area can be missing but this is all correct and complete. It drives well and is great fun. Being a 848 cc it potters along and is more suited for a Sunday drive with a picnic, than a motorway car!
