description: Only produced for one year between 1997-1998 the t509 is quite a rare bike these days & certainly in this condition. This bike is in excellent original condition for the year. The paintwork is all original & has maintained it's deep lustre from new. There's no corrosion or rust which can often be a problem with this model. Only 13, 030 miles from new consistant with service receipts from new & gov. uk mot database records from 2007. hpi clear with recent report present. Mot'd until 15th july 2022(passed with no advisories). runs & ride. Perfectly as shown in the youtube video link above. It pulls hard in every gear with great brakes & precise handling. Very good bridgestone tyres, chain & sprockets. Although there's no service history book present it's been well cared for mechanically by the previous owners with service & maintenance receipts present for over £1300. there's some minor age related imperfections including some stone chips to the tank that have been touched up & a couple of hairiline cracks on the front tank cowl around the fastners as pictured. Ovarall though a beautifully clean example of this increasingly sought after iconic model with no problems ready to ride. With speed triple prices increasing this bike represents fantastic value for money & is very much priced to sell so be quick!
