Sumptuous Silver Grey Nappa leather interior is in excellent order throughout. The electric, memory, heated with adjustable thigh support M Sport seats are in perfect order showing no signs of adverse wear, giving a firm but comfortable feel, the side bolsters give an extra feeling of security. Unmarked BMW tilt/ telescopic M three-spoke leather sports steering wheel and leather gear selector.
The interior is in outstanding condition throughout, factory options include smokers package, front arm rest, adjustable back rest, BMW Premium Business Radio / 6 CD changer and electric slid and tilt glass sunroof. The luxury original carpets are excellent throughout as are the factory BMW original floor mats all complimented with BMW Titan Shadow trim, Anthracite headlining and M3 badged door sills... A combination that lets you know your driving very special M Sport car.
All electronic gauges and switches work perfectly as they were intended the glove box retains the original rechargable flashlight. In the boot you will find a complete full tool kit including the BMW warning triangle, air pump, towing eye etc.

Finished in factory optional Topaz Blue Metallic (Code 364) the paintwork has a deep gloss uniformed shine throughout. Bodywork all original there's no evidence of previous panel or structural damage, all panels are perfectly straight, totally rust free and gaps as per it left the factory, the bonnet still displays the original factory decals. Optional Xenon front lights and rear clusters are in exceptional order with uniformed colour and a silky polished finish. The electric slide/ tilt sunroof operates at the touch of a button swiftly, quietly and smoothly. All original factory heat-insulating BMW stamped glass is in perfect order... Wonderful

The BMW Factory optional M Double Spoke (style 67) polished and forged alloy wheels, are in exceptional condition, 19 x 8. 0 front, 19 x 9. 5 rear. New all matching Continental Conti Sport Contact tyres 225/ 40R-19 front and 255/ 35R-19 rear.
Independent suspension with M calibration (stiffened dampers, springs and anti-roll bars; modified rear axle geometry) The massive, 4-wheel BMW M vacuum-assisted ventilated disc brakes are new all round fitted by Sytner BMW.
Engine & Transmission

The silky-smooth fast-revving 3. 2 litre in-line DOHC 6 cylinder engine accelerates the coupe from 0-60 in just 4. 8 seconds, 338 BHP at 7900 rpm and 365 Nm torque at 4900 rpm. Here we have a very desirable and collectable manual M3 E46 in the best colour combination of Topaz Blue Metallic and silver grey Nappa leather. Registered new 12th March 2003 to Mr Beatham, Ruthin, Denbighshire. The extremely comprehensive history file documents everything from the original BMW factory order and build specification sheet straight up to the present day.
This M3 has only had 4 former long term keepers who have all clearly loved and cherished her. The no expense spared fully detailed stamped service history (mainly BMW) continues right through with servicing and maintenance receipts back to when the car was new totalling thousands of pounds and warranting the very low 61k miles, next service due November 2023. Complete with the BMW handbook pack and leather wallet, 4 original BMW keys, original tax disc holder and every tax disc from the first issued February 2004 to the last issued 2014, 16 accompanying MOT certificates starting with the first dated 1st March 2006 at 25, 128 miles.
Recent servicing expenditure by Sytner Oldbury official BMW dealers of circa £3400 has been spent in the last 6 months bringing this M3 into tip top condition and ready to enjoy. Last supplied by Sytner BMW Oldbury the history file also contains a letter from them dated December 2021 confirming the rear subframe has been fully inspected by their technicians and no cracks were found, the car has covered only 280 miles since.

A Fresh 12 month MOT will be issued up on sale and of course this M3 is HPI clear with Certificate included.
