EXTERIOR
This attractive Mk1 TT in sublime Moro Blue presents extremely well with hardly an imperfection in sight. The pearlescent paintwork retains a fantastic depth of shine all round with a deep and even colour across every panel – our studio photographs really don’t do it justice. Being really picky there is a dusting of light frontal stone chips commensurate with the mileage but otherwise little else to detract from the car’s overall highly impressive finish. All the lights are clear and free from any signs of moisture ingress, there are no scrapes or scuffs to either of the bumpers, and it’s pin sharp along both sides.
INTERIOR
As with the outside, the interior is also in excellent order with no major wear to the deeply bolstered sports seats, the black leather upholstery still notably supple. The dashboard and centre console are equally well presented and there’s no marking to any of the delicate silver trims. The leather steering wheel and gear selector knob are both in particularly fine order, and pleasingly the digital instrument cluster has not lost any pixels – a common issue with Audis of this era. In the footwells the carpets are well protected by the original Audi overmats and at the rear of the car the boot area is also very tidy.
ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION
Barely run-in with only 30k miles under its belt this desirable 3. 2 TT boasts an excellent service history with 7 stamps in the original service booklet; the last service was carried out September 2021 at 29, 648 miles. Lifting the bonnet reveals a perfectly clean engine bay, free from any signs of damage or previous poor repair. Out on the road the TT performs faultlessly, its naturally-aspirated V6 sounding great through the car’s twin-exit exhaust. The slick DSG transmission is a perfect accompaniment.
WHEELS, TYRES AND BRAKES
The 18-inch alloy wheels present in excellent unmarked condition throughout. They are shod in a matching set of Goodyear tyres that have seen little use since they were fitted in June 2021. The brakes have also been checked and remain in fine operational condition, with new Brembo discs and pads also fitted last year.
HISTORY FILE
This superb example was first registered in December 2003. It has now driven just 30k miles in the hands of 5 registered keepers. The History File is complete with the original Audi document pack, owner’s manuals, and the spare key. Despite the car’s low mileage the service booklet is fully stamped at the following mileages: 18, 208 – 27, 649 – 28, 167 – 28, 524 – 28, 812 – 29, 187 – and most recently at 29, 648 miles in September 2021. New tyres and brakes were fitted all round in June and September last year.
