BMW E36 M3 GT Individual.
1 of 50 RHD cars built for homologation purposes for the Internationale FIA-GT Series and IMSA GT-Series. This is number 45/ 50 on the M3 GT Register.
Total BMW Magazine feature car - a copy of the magazine will come with the car.
6 owners.
Known to BMW Car Club GB
HPI clear
Aluminium doors which were a very rare option not standard despite popular myth.
Original service book and heaps of paperwork and history.
More money spent on this than you could imagine which makes the high mileage of this car largely irrelevant given such things as a recent engine rebuild by the renowned JC Racing cost around £17, 000 etc so now the engine is very sweet.
Most parts and items have been changed but the car retains its original engine.
Bills amounting to over £200, 000 give this perhaps the best history of any GT remaining today. It was previously owned by a retired gent for 15 years or so prior to myself and he spent a (large!) fortune on the car.
The last M3 GT (a LHD example which are typically more expensive) sold trade on Collecting Cars auction website for £67, 500 including buyers premium in December 2022.
As of April 2023 there are two LHD versions for sale in Europe - one is 85, 000 euro and one is 150, 000 euro. I believe the one priced at 90, 000 euro sold.
