Built 1996 and Registered 1998 this particular car is a Pre-production E36 M3
Originally commissioned in the stunning and extremely rare Byzanz Bronze – 2 122 504 (1 of 2 UK Saloons to exist in this colour) to showcase the SMG gearbox at that time.
Verified production codes by BMW show this car is a pre-production (Option 991) and Motorshow preparation car (Option 903)
Full DVLA keepers’ details are within the large history file and show the 1st registered keeper as BMW GB Ltd, Bracknell.
- Purchased by its current keeper 2016 and known since 2010.
- Originally SMG, converted to manual 2024 at great expense. (all SMG parts remain with the car) invoice and details of the conversion on file.
