EXTERIOR
A dramatic concoction of chiselled lines and gaping intakes the Ferrari 812 Superfast is certainly a commanding presence, with its contemporary form treading a perfect line between aerodynamic excellence and pure Italian flair. An exquisite but subtle shade of Grigio Titanio Metallic coats the Ferrari and gives it an edge of elegance; the metallic flake prominent as it reflects the light.
Carbon fibre details add to this already stylish 812 with the bumper inserts, front spoiler and rear diffuser subtly hinting to the massive performance that lies beneath the elegant coachwork.
Condition of the exterior is impeccable, benefiting from full PPF and showing just 2k miles on the clock this Superfast presents in showroom condition.
INTERIOR
A lot of time, thought and money went into specifying the interior of this 812 and it is immediately apparent with the combination of carbon fibre and Cuoio/ Nero upholstery spanning the dashboard, seats, tunnel, doors and roof. Clearly it has been carefully considered to compliment the stand out features and colour of the exterior.
The carbon bucket seats are unusual for a grand tourer but they suit the car exceptionally well, providing excellent comfort without compromising on weight. They show absolutely no signs of wear, appearing to have just left the Maranello factory.
Replacing the central display, a digital cluster feeds information directly to the driver with the optional 360 Surround view to ensure perfect view when maneuvering.
ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
Beneath the 812’s futuristic exterior lies Ferrari’s traditional masterpiece; a naturally aspirated V12. Powering the Prancing Horse team since the 1940’s, the V12 is the very foundation on which Ferrari was built and with many manufactures converting to hybrid/ turbo charged units it is refreshing to see the Superfast still championing its heritage.
The Ferrari F140 variant they have chosen comes with some impressive heritage of its own, a direct descendant of the V12 used in the Enzo with some modern upgrades it now produces a dizzying 789 bhp of naturally aspirated goodness.
Behind the titanium exhaust pipes lays an exceptional Novitec exhaust system. With a press of a button there is an abundance of noise beyond the standard V12 unit; all controlled by a valve that enables you to choose between excitement or elegance.
WHEELS, TYRES & BRAKES
This 812 is specified with 20 inch dark Forged Racing Wheels which look sensational and present in pristine condition with no chips or scuffs in sight. They are wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport 4s tyres which have plenty of life left having covered minimal mileage since the car was registered.
Giallo Calipers lurk behind the forged wheels and clamp onto the huge ceramic discs and grind the Superfast to a halt with a minimum of fuss.
HISTORY FILE
Delivered new by Charles Hurst Ferrari in March 2020, this 812 has covered only 2k miles since new with full PPF protecting the Grigio Titanio paintwork to ensure its kept in showroom condition. A fabulous Novitec Exhaust has also been fitted which enhances that screaming V12, offering further levels of acoustic engagement at the push of a button.
With its annual service being carried out in May 2022, the car is covered by Ferrari’s 7 year service plan and the balance of its manufacturer warranty until 2024.
Naturally the car is provided with the 2 keys, tracking fobs, the complete book pack, Ferrari cover and battery charger.
