Description
A genuine original never restored Jaguar XK120 cylinder head, c/ w all valves, springs, caps, buckets, shims and collets, also full set original camshaft bearings and caps with studs and chrome valve cover retaining nuts.
Has been cleaned for inspection - no work carried out. SOLD FOR RESTORATION.
A brief visual inspection shows no cracks and the usual deterioration of waterways. The number stamped on the head is correct for Jaguar XK120 engine number W8780-8 and correct part No. C6733 WM 35 showing originally made by William Mills Foundry
It has the correct siamesed spark plug recess only fitted to XK120. It also has the correct mechanical rev counter drive from the rear camshaft location.
This is a rare, original and very genuine XK120 head and with careful restoration can be used again in a XK120
