With us at RFH Classics we have this truly stunning 1978 (S) MG Midget 1500 finished in Vermillion with Black Trim. The car has just come to us after being the subject of a 4+ year nut and bolt restoration program by the previous owner and is possibly now in better condition than it left the factory. After taking a considerable time to find the right car, one with just 5 former owners, the was stripped, repaired where required and then repainted to an exceptionally high standard before being refitted with new and powder coated suspension and engine components, new carpets to the interior, refurbished Rostyle wheels, new vinyl hood along with new brightwork. In the office we have a substantial history file that shows the last but one lady owned the car for over 30 years and it contains old mot records and invoices relating to the cars history. Don’t mistake this car for a blow over refurbishment, it truly is not that, the engine bay and underside of the car and as good as the top of the car and for sure is a car that the new owner can cherish and be proud to exhibit at shows.
Although exempt from now needing an MOT, included within the screen price we supply the car with a new MOT, Service Inspection and 3 months warranty. The car will be eligible for zero Historic Tax which will also make it exempt from the ULEZ charge. if you add this to low cost to insure this classic it makes for a very cost effective classic to own. We welcome customers to have an independent inspection carried out for additional peace of mind.
