Morris Minor Traveller 1971 LHD UK registered
A Spanish friend of mine has for sale a 1971 Morris Minor Traveller 1971, virtually concours. British Racing green with light green interior
Imported a few years ago from the UK in RHD form, converted to LHD using genuine parts and totally restored as can be seen from the photographs.
Here is a synopsis of the work that has been done.
All necessary bodywork attended to, front part of the chassis (up to the B posts) replaced and all the underside treated. Comprehensive respray to very high standard, using epoxy primer. New wooden structure, everything replaced, completely new interior including carpets.
1098 engine re-conditioned, pistons, liners, bearings, oil pump, water pump, valves, clutch, all new high quality parts.
Gearbox dismantled and reassembled with new bearings and seals, propshaft U/ Js. Etc. brakes, completely overhauled, shock absorbers, kingpins, all suspension bushes, new rack, track rods., etc. carb overhauled, new pump and tank, new wiring loom, conversion to alternator.
It is virtually like new, located near Valencia.
The vehicle still retains its English paperwork.
