Austin Healey 3000 MK 3 BJ8 phase 2. Built between the 2nd-12th of June 1967 and then dispatched to Philadelphia, USA on the 19th of June 1967 . This is a numbers matching original Healey blue car which returned back to the UK in 1995. In 2000 total nut and bolt restoration was carried out over three years. Finished in its original specification of Healey, blue with blue trim and blue weather equipment.
During the restoration the engine was fully balanced, a lightened flywheel was fitted along with an aluminium cylinder head, triple 2” SU carburettors and a 6 branch exhaust manifold. The engine is now producing circa 175bhp.
This is a fantastic example of the highly desirable Mk 3 model. Supplied with photographic record of the restoration, spare keys. Jack wheel hammer, 12 months, MOT and warranty.
