As far as the Carrera S is concerned, the driver can take this label quite literally, and this is where performance is paramount. The car’s performance values are a testament to its inner strength: a 3. 9 litre engine with direct fuel injection. The power output is 385 hp at 6, 500 rpm. The maximum torque is 420 Nm at 4, 400 rpm.
With PDK, and the Sports Chrono Package Plus, the 0-62 mph is achieved in just 4. 3 seconds and the top speed is 188 mph. Additionally, the sound produced by the two stainless steel twin tailpipes is characteristically Porsche. Perfect roadholding is assured by Porsche Active Suspension Management, and the 10-mm lowered suspension. However, along with all these sporting features, this remains a practical everyday sports car.
